We do our best to maintain a very thorough and up-to-date database of report records. In our continual effort to do this we highly recommend that console users mark an issue as 'Private' as opposed to deleting an issue. We realize however that many of our customers have data retention policies in place and trained employees to execute these policies. Keeping this in mind we have provided our customers with the ability to delete issues in the web console.
To delete a record, go into its Service Request Detail page. From there simply click on the "Action Menu" and then select the 'Delete' button.
