API Enumerations and Formatting

The current allowable values for "ApiQueryType" are:

  • AppKey
  • Location

The current allowable values for "DeviceType" are:

  • Iphone
  • Android
  • Blackberry
  • Windows

The current allowable values for "StatusType" are:

  • Submitted
  • Received
  • InProcess
  • OnHold
  • ReferredToDept
  • CouldNotVerify
  • Closed
  • NotAnIssue
  • Cancelled

 

DateTime values should be formatted as such (any format below should work). All DateTime values MUST be submitted in UTC or GMT.

  • 5/31/2010 7:36:27 PM (M/d/yyyy h:mm:ss tt)
  • 05/06/2010 07:02:17 PM (MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt)
  • 09/07/2010 14:05:17 (MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss)
  • 2011-05-20T13:47:30 (yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss)

Our backend is based on Microsoft's .NET platform, so the date parameter is fairly robust as to what it can accept and parse. We're on a US standard so when DateTime values are being submitted, the month should always come before the day.
