What is the CitySourced Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base, introduced in 2016, allows Customers to easily build and maintain FAQs for your customer knowledge portals.

Articles are managed through the CitySourced Console, and can be added into any site as a Widget via HTML or JavaScript code. 

The Knowledge Base can also be added as a module within your Mobile App.
