With the Enterprise Plus subscription, Users have the ability to Schedule Metrics Reports to be automatically emailed to them based on a selected frequency.
Reports can be scheduled for your Metrics Saved Filter Views. Once a View is saved, navigate to 'My Settings' in the top right of the Console.
Then, from the left Navigation Menu, choose Filters.
If Automated Reports have not been scheduled for any of your Saved Filter Views, a clock icon ( ) will appear beside the Filter Name in the 'Scheduled?' column. Click on this icon to schedule your Automated Reports.
From the Frequency dropdown menu, choose the desired Frequency for your automated reports. By clicking on the Definitions link beside this menu, you can see the dates/days on which your reports will be emailed. This information is below as well:
All scheduled jobs are processed at 5AM PST (Pacific Standard Time). See below for the days/dates used by each frequency selection:
- Daily: Sent every weekday (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
- Weekly: Sent every Monday
- Semi Monthly: Sent on the 1st and 15th of every month
- Monthly: Sent on the 1st of every month
- Quarterly: Sent on the 1st day of every quarter (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, Oct 1)
Once your desired frequency is set, click Create Schedule.
A check mark icon will replace the clock icon under the 'Scheduled?' column for Filters with set schedules. To edit or delete a set schedule, click 'Edit' under the 'Name' column, as shown below. Note: The X Icon under 'Delete' will delete your Saved filter! Click 'Edit' as shown below to delete a set schedule.
In the following pop-up, the schedule's frequency may be updated, and the schedule can be deleted or disabled. Click 'Edit Schedule' to update, or 'Delete Schedule' to delete.
